The order is only taken into account from the moment you make the payment and receive a confirmation e-mail. I then draw or print your order at my home in Montreal, on high quality heavyweight paper. The shipment of your order is then entrusted to Canada Post, 24 business hours after you validate your basket in the case of a card produced in small series. In the case of a single drawing, it takes me on average 3 working days to make the drawing after you have validated your basket.
